Our team members are ambassadors of the game and community builders at heart. 
here’s what they do…

  • Recruit: They tap into their local networks to generate excitement and get players signed up for leagues and events, acting as the face of RTP in their city.
  • Lead: From setting up courts to cheering players on, they organize and oversee leagues, tournaments, and play sessions, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
  • Set the Vibe: Encouraging post-game hangouts and fostering friendships, they create an atmosphere of fun and inclusivity on and off the court.
  • Celebrate It: Winners get the recognition they deserve, with cool prizes and spotlight moments to mark their victories.
  • Capture It: They help showcase the energy and excitement of Rally & Tap through photos, videos, and social media posts.
  • Live It: Representing our brand’s values both on the court and online, they inspire a love for pickleball and community

Our RTP Team fall into three key roles:

  • Paid Instructors: Certified professionals (NCCP Level 1-3) who teach and inspire players of all levels.
  • Paid League/Event Contractors: Facilitators who oversee leagues and events, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all participants.  
  • Unpaid Program Ambassadors: Volunteer leaders who help coordinate our Play & Social programs, fostering connection and fun.

Compensation & Perks

Whether they’re paid professionals or volunteer ambassadors, all Rally & Tap contractors enjoy:

Additional perks for paid contractors (instructors and league facilitators):

  • Hourly compensation based on the scope of work, you’re paid for the hours you work.
  • NCCP Pickleball Certified Coaches are paid based on certification level and experience.
