AGAME COORDINATOR (ALL CITIES): Game Coordinators (GC’s) are the heart of Rally & Tap Pickleball, making sure everything runs efficiently and everyone has a blast! Our GC’s know pickleball inside and out and understand what our players need. GC’s attend shifts to set up and take down equipment, connect with players, share exciting marketing and event information, clarify program and league rules, and lend a hand wherever needed. PICKLEBALL INSTRUCTOR (NCCP LEVEL 1): Pickleball Coaches are the backbone of Rally & Tap Pickleball, ensuring that training sessions are productive and enjoyable for all participants. Our coaches are pickleball experts who truly understand the needs of our players. They lead coaching sessions, provide personalized feedback, develop training plans, and foster a supportive and fun environment. Coaches also set up and take down equipment, engage with players, share exciting marketing and event details, and clarify program and league rules. They’re here to keep the energy high and ensure every session is an exceptional learning experience!
